He enjoys lounging in the sunshine, watching the world go by, and even chasing little bugs that happen to fly within reach. He also has an adorable habit of cleaning and grooming the cats, showing just how much he enjoys having furry friends around.Dom is a strong boy, but he walks well on a leash and enjoys getting out for walks and exploring with his people. He's also food motivated and knows some basic commands, so he's eager to learn and work with his humans. At the end of the day, though, Dom's favorite thing is simply being with you. Whether he's soaking up the sun, hanging out with his canine or feline friends, going for a walk, or waiting for his next snack, he wants to be part of the family. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who has the body of a big dog and the heart of a giant teddy bear, Dom is your guy! Our adopters fill out an application that screens for problems that may be detrimental to our cats and kittens. Once the adopter is approved we provide veterinary referrals which help with low cost spays or neuters for the kittens that are too young at the time of adoption. We are always available to help with behavioral issues that arise. We provide numerous information sheets in our adoption folders, plus the medical background of each cat. The only fees involved with our program are adoption fees that offset our veterinary bills.
