In the shelter’s words
Rosalee is a petite little girl. Playful, but enjoys just spending time on the couch with her people or laying in a sunny spot, sleeping. She can be a bit shy. Meet her at adoption events on Saturdays from 12-4 at PetSmart on Harbison. Complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/241715082920149 or e-mail us at animalrescuecarolina@yahoo.com with questions.

Plan a visit with the source organization
We have an application that must be filled out including a vet reference and non-relative references. A 24 hour hold on the application allows the ARC volunteer to call references and follow up with any questions for the potential adopter. A home visit may be scheduled at this point. If the person is approved, they must sign a contract. An adoption fee is required, however this may be waived in special circumstances. If for any reason in the future they can no longer take care of the pet, the animal must be returned to ARC.
Confirm availability, fees and the meeting address before traveling.
