In the shelter’s words
This is a courtesy post. Please do not contact Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue for information. Contact information is provided in the description below.Olivia ia a young Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs about 40 lbs. She is friendly and sociable with other dogs. She has not been around cats or children, so her reaction to them is unknown. She is housebroken and does well on a leash and car rides. Olivia is friendly, playful, and affectionate. She enjoys attention and interacting with people and other dogs. She loves companionship and responds quickly to training. She does well in a crate. Olivia would thrive in a home with companionship, attention, playtime, and opportunities to learn and grow. While she shares a close bond with Mack (also courtesy posted), and adoption together would be wonderful, it is not required. There is a $50 rehoming fee.If you are interested in Olivia, please email blu.willow554@passinbox.com

Plan a visit with the source organization
An application is required and once it is processed and approved we will set up a time for the adopter to meet the pet, if the pet is finished with their vetting then we can finalize adoption or put the pet on hold and let the adopter know when the pet is ready. When we finalize adoption, the adopter will need to sign an adoption contract and a health disclaimer. We do ask that if the adopter decides that it is not working out that they bring the dog back to us so we can make sure the animal will go into a good home.
