In the shelter’s words
Chip is a handsome young gentleman with a calm, laid-back personality and a heart full of quiet devotion. While he may be shy when meeting new people, those who take the time to earn his trust will discover a loyal companion who is always keeping a watchful eye on the world around him. Athletic and graceful, Chip enjoys exploring his surroundings and observing everything from a comfortable perch or a soft warm mat. One of his most endearing qualities is how protective and caring he is with other cats, making him a wonderful friend to his feline companions. Chip will need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. He isn't the type to rush into new relationships, but for someone willing to let him settle in at his own pace, the reward is a truly special bond. If you're looking for a quiet, handsome companion with a gentle soul and a loyal heart, Chip may be the perfect addition to your family. Give him the time he needs, and he'll show you just how much love is worth waiting for. If you're interested in learning more about Chip, please email us at info@sheltertohome.com. **All Shelter to Home animals are fully vetted per their age. We believe in pediatric spay and neuter. All animals will be spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV or heartworm, given age-appropriate boosters and rabies, dewormed, flea treated, and anything extra that is needed to give this animal a wonderful forever life in a permanent home. Adoption fees are usually $50 for cats and between $150-$250 for dogs, unless the pet is sponsored or we are running a promotion. Please visit our website at sheltertohome.com for information on our adoption process.**
