In the shelter’s words
Meet Mazzy! At just 41 pounds, Mazzy is a smaller-sized Shepherd mix with a LOT ofenergy packed into her compact frame. She loves to run, and the pool isdefinitely one of her favorite places. She happily jumps in and out, whichinevitably leads to a serious case of the zoomies. Apparently, swimming isjust the warm-up act for running laps!Mazzy seems very dog friendly, and other dogs have actually been usedseveral times to help encourage her out of her kennel. Once she's away fromthe noisy kennels, she relaxes and walks nicely on a loose leash.Mazzy is making wonderful progress. With continued patience, positive experiences, and plenty of opportunitiesto run and have fun, this energetic girl is showing that she's ready toleave her shy days behind. Give her a little time, a few caninecheerleaders, and access to a pool, and Mazzy may just become your newfavorite adventure buddy!
