In the shelter’s words

Meet Berry! If you’re searching for a well-rounded, social, and eager-to-please companion, Berry is your guy! This sweet boy shines around people of all ages—whether it’s energetic kids or wise seniors, Berry’s gentle nature and warm heart win everyone over. In fact, Berry has even been a therapy dog at a senior living facility, where he made plenty of friends with his calm demeanor and endless cuddles. Berry spent some time in a short-term foster home, where he impressed everyone with his quiet curiosity and extra gentle attitude, especially around little ones. While he loves being cozy indoors, he’s always ready for a good walk or outdoor adventure to keep things exciting. But Berry’s not just a people-pleaser—he’s also a superstar in doggy playgroups! No matter the size or energy level, Berry plays well with all kinds of pups. Whether you’re up for a leisurely stroll around town or a day spent binge-watching your favorite shows, Berry’s right there with you. And if you’ve ever dreamed of scaling Everest, he’ll give it his all to keep up on the journey! Loyal, adaptable, and endlessly fun, Berry truly is a dog who’s down for anything. He’s no rookie when it comes to training either—Berry walks politely on a leash, knows ‘Sit,’ is almost a pro at ‘Down,’ and takes treats with the gentlest touch. His smart, curious nature makes learning new things a breeze, and he stays focused on his person like a true star pupil. Ready to add this loving, fun-loving guy to your family?
