In the shelter’s words
ADOPTIVE PAIR: Bluster and Sunny Bluster used to be a shy kitty but has now come into his own. He loves to cuddle and purr when held and seeks out your lap or pillow for some big-time love! He needs to be adopted as a pair with his sister Sunny. They are bonded nicely and the right combination of playfulness and lap kitties. He needs older children over 14 or adults only in his home. We estimate Bluster’s birth date is March 20, 2026. Kitty Bio #237GC-Bl. ▶️ scroll down for clip If you're interested in adopting Buster and Sunny, or another of our cats, please fill out our adoption questionnaire at icraeastbay.org/adopt/how-to/.

Plan a visit with the source organization
Potential adopters pick out a cat or kitten and fill out an application. There will be a short interview with one of our volunteers. Adoptions do not happen same day. We will arrange a time to visit your home and the foster parents and a volunteer will meet there. Our adoption fee structure is: Cats and kittens (under 8 years): $100 Cats (over 8 years): $75 Two cats adopted together: Full amount of the higher fee, half the amount of the lower or same fee. For example: a kitten and a cat (under 8) would be $100.00 + 50.00 = $150.00 We require that all cats be kept indoor only. We have an adoption contract.
