A SWEET & JOYFUL PUPPY: Approx. 6 months old / Approx. 30 lbs. & growing Hi, I'm Korra! I came to Mostly Mutts after finding myself at animal control. I'm not quite sure how I ended up there, but I'm so grateful to be safe and well cared for now. I'm a sweet, hopeful pup with my whole future ahead of me, and I can't wait to "rescue" my new family with lots of puppy love, happy adventures, and tail wags. I hope we meet very soon! There was an open spot so I've been selected to return to the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience off-site and am learning even more! Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I'm available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them. I also went on a daytrip recently with my trainer and saw lots of dogs from a distance, showed some interest, but was very polite, even with those who barked at me . . . because I'm a very good girl! If you have a nice dog at home already that would like a puppy friend, let's meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven't met kids at Mostly Mutts, so let's meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a very sweet pup, full of joy that I love to share with all the nice volunteers. When we go on walks, I like having my carrot toy with me—it helps keep my puppy teeth busy and makes me feel confident. I was a perfect angel pup for my bath. I stood very still and even gave kisses because I felt so safe. Afterward, I loved being held and carried around so I could look out the window and watch everything happening outside. I sat nicely for a treat, trying my best to be polite and show how good I can be. I'm sweet, friendly, and I really like toys, sometimes so much so that I may get a hand accidently while playing, so please trade me another toy for the one I have. I'm a happy, fun little girl who loves being close to you and exploring life one exciting step at a time. / Energy level: 8-9, of course this may change as I grow. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience, so I've mastered the 'sit', 'stay', 'down', 'come', 'drop it', 'leave it' and 'place' commands. I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners as well as accept nice strangers without jumping. I get excited at times and jump up or bite at my leash, but do well when carrying a toy. I will be working on this more in the off-site training program. Let's continue my training as there are more classes we can take together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs! I'm looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog—so get ready for some training with your new best friend. / My crate manners have been good at the shelter and in the off-site training program. / My potty manners have been good on the shelter schedule and in the off-site training program, with just a little excitement peeing at times. I'm sure this will lessen at I get more comfortable in new situations. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love toys, going for walks and being held like a baby to look out the window. I'm sure we'll find lots more things we enjoy doing together! / I can't think of things I don't like yet since I'm so young, though like all dogs, I'm sure I wouldn't like it if I didn't get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I'm also micro-chipped and spayed. If you're ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let's meet! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I'm located in Kennesaw, Ga.

Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption's Adoption Process Our facility is currently open to the public Monday-Saturday, 11-3. We welcome you to come meet our adoptable Mutts & Kitties! Please keep in mind the following: Many of our adoptable Mutts & Kitties are in foster homes, so please call 770-272-6888 to find out if the pet you are interested in is at our facility. With an approved application we can set up meet & greets and adoptions with a pet in foster care. We are not yet up to full ‘staffing’ following the pandemic, so there may be times when we cannot do meet & greets or process an application on the spot. The best first step is to submit an application via www.mostlymutts.org. Our adoption counselors are happy to help make a great match for you and your family! Adoption Info: Adoptions are being scheduled for approved applicants, by appointment only. Please submit an application through our website at www.mostlymutts.org if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets. We are receiving a large volume of applications and processing may take a little bit longer than normal. We are grateful for your interest, and an adoption counselor will be in touch as quickly as possible. Please give us 48 hours to respond before sending a follow-up email. Don’t see a dog or cat for you on the website? Submit the application anyway!! We are taking in a large number of dogs and cats weekly. Due to the overwhelming demand, many are matched with approved applicants prior to being posted online. Our adoption counselors will be happy to help make a great match for you and your family. We do require an interview, references and a contract. Must be 21 or over to adopt.
