In the shelter’s words
Gizmo is a strikingly handsome boy with a fluffy black-and-white coat and a gentle soul. He came to us in 2024 as a feral kitten and has been on his own timeline ever since — and that’s okay, because he’s worth the patience.Gizmo will accept gentle pets from people he trusts, and he’s made real progress over the past two years. He’s not aggressive in the least — just cautious. He knows the world can be a big, unpredictable place, and he needs someone who understands that.He would do best in a calm, quiet home with no small children or rowdy dogs. He’s lived peacefully with other cats his whole life and is bonded to his brother, Whatchamacallit — adopting them together would give him a familiar face in a brand new world.Adoption fee: $75 or $125 for a pairApply today at www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt Adoption includes: spay/neuter, microchip, FVRCP vaccine(s), rabies vaccine, flea prevention, and deworming medication. If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application.
