In the shelter’s words
Meet Little, a young female cat with a gentle, quiet presence. She’s the definition of a chill companion—content to observe the world from her favorite cozy spot and take life at her own pace.Little is a classic aloof admirer: she prefers her space and isn’t one to demand attention, but she’s always nearby, quietly keeping you company.Little is fully litter box trained and gets along well with other cats, especially with slow introductions. She’s still learning that people can be safe and kind, so she’ll do best in a calm, patient home that understands her need for time and gentle encouragement. If you’re looking for a low-key feline friend who will appreciate your respect for her boundaries, Little could be the perfect match. Give her the chance to blossom at her own speed, and you’ll be rewarded with the quiet companionship of a truly special cat. Ready to welcome Little into your heart and home? Apply today!----------Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.

Adoption applications must be completed, which include information regarding references and vet clinic information, DL #, names, etc. Reference checks are conducted and when necessary vetting information verified. Discussion about the animal interested in to best assure appropriate and proper placement is made, and educational information regarding how to manage a multi-dog/animal household, slow and proper introductions and the importance of a shut-down period to help the animal acclimate to new surroundings. A "meet and greet" with the animal is required and whenever possible all residents of the household should be present. Home checks may, but not always, be necessary. After adoption applications is approved a contract is required, where we also stipulate that if for any reason the adopter determines they no longer want or can care for the animal we require it be returned to us, with the exception of documented bite history or potentially dangerous or dangerous dog designations. Adoption fees vary, but are comparable to or less than other local rescues and typically are $300 or less for a canine and $150 for a feline.
