In the shelter’s words
I’m Dex, a 7‑year‑old, 23‑pound boy with a sweet heart, a playful streak, and a whole lot of love to give. I’m confident in who I am, so I’d do great as the only dog in the home —but I also like submissive females as I have been around a few girls my whole life and I kinda like them. I’m house trained, crate trained, and great with older considerate kids, which makes settling into a new routine pretty easy for me. I do need a little work on the leash. I’d be a wonderful companion for a senior too, especially someone who enjoys a mix of calm company and bursts of fun. Even though I’m past the puppy stage, I’ve still got plenty of energy. I love toys, I love playtime, and I love being part of whatever you’re doing. One thing to know about me: I can’t resist chasing small animals, so I need a cat‑free home. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, playful companion who’s ready to be your one‑and‑only, I think we might be a perfect match. My adoption fee is $300. We are always looking for good foster homes. These homes allow us to rescue more Boston Terriers in need because we have a place for them to go until they are adopted. Please consider becoming a foster home for Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. You can fill out a foster application at Foster Application | Boston Terrier Rescue Of North Texas . This will allow you to possibly become a foster home for one of our little Boston Terriers in need. Thank you for considering the possibility of fostering for Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas! Thank you for your continued support in our rescue efforts!
