In the shelter’s words
Meet Willow! Are you looking for a loyal, strong-willed guardian who thrives in the great outdoors? Willow might just be your perfect match! This beautiful Pyrenees mix is a natural protector, happiest when she’s out in the fresh air keeping watch over her flock. Willow has lived alongside goats, sheep, and even chickens, showing her gentle and reliable nature with all kinds of livestock. Plus, she’s great with other dogs, making her an ideal member of a working animal family. Willow is the kind of dog who values her independence but still knows how to be a loving companion—she’s not overly people-oriented but will happily let you walk her, brush her, and sneak in a few affectionate pets when she’s in the mood. There’s a quiet tenderness beneath her strong exterior, and those moments when she leans in for some love are truly special. Whether you need a calm and steady outdoor companion, or simply a dog who appreciates the freedom of wide-open spaces, Willow is ready to be your steadfast partner. If you have a farm or ranch come meet Willow and see if she’s the right fit for your family! Call the Ranch today to schedule a visit and get to know this remarkable girl! Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert.
