In the shelter’s words

FYI... the next FOUR adoptions are sponsored by ZEIGLER & ZIEGLER LAW FIRM of Hinton, WV! Meet BLUEY, a handsome pittie mix with a heart as big as his smile! At 8 years young and 69 pounds of pure love, Bluey has mastered the art of being the perfect companion. He's left the wild puppy days behind but still has plenty of pep in his step, lots of tail wags to share, and endless affection to give. Bluey is a true people dog. His favorite place in the world is right beside his person, whether that's taking a leisurely walk, relaxing on the couch, or simply soaking up attention and belly rubs. He lives for cuddles, companionship, and being part of the family. If you're looking for a loyal best friend who will love you unconditionally, Bluey is ready for the job. This sweet boy walks nicely on a leash, has a calm and gentle personality, and is happiest when he's spending time with the people he loves. He doesn't ask for much, just a cozy place to call home and someone to share life's everyday moments with. A little about Bluey: • 8 years old • 69 pounds • Walks nicely on a leash • Sweet, gentle, and affectionate • Loyal companion with a calm, loving nature • Loves people and being close to his family. He can be dog selective particularly with male dogs, so a meet and greet is required if there are other dogs in the home. There's something special about senior dogs. They know how to love deeply, appreciate every kindness, and make the most of every day. Bluey is ready to spend his golden years making memories with a family of his own. Please share Bluey's story and help this big sweetheart find the forever home he's been waiting for. ❤️ Adoption Application: Apply to Adopt
