In the shelter’s words
Aye Yo Rocko! This 5 month old peanut is ready for his forever..Rocko came to us a week ago and this is what we know: Rocko LOVES to lay his head on your shoulder and snuggle in. He is house trained and sleeps through the night ð Rocko only barks if he is startled by something. He has played well with our resident dog BUT the interactions with the resident cat have been dicey. I wouldn't recommend a home with cats at this time. Rocko has loved giving and receiving love from the resident kids 𤣠so green light to kids! If you are interested in meeting our new friend you can email our matchmaker AMMRMelissaC@gmail.com. Meet Reeta, Reeta is a hound mix she is 22 weeks about 20 lbs. She is a total lovebug!! Doing great with potty training!! No accidents since first day!! We are working on leash walking!! Still a little shy with new people! She is doing great in the crate!! Questions or interested in Reeta reach out to AMMRMelissaC@gmail.com

Plan a visit with the source organization
1. Potential adopter fills out application. 2. A Match Maker processes the application by calling their vet, references, and doing a family interview. 3. A meet with all family members, as well as resident dogs (if applicable) happens next. 4. If the dog is a match for their home, a contract is filled out, and the $425 adoption donation is given. 5. Spay/neuter and microchipping happens (if dog is not already altered) bewtween 5-7 months of age, as per the contract. 6. Our spay/neuter coordinator checks up on this and helps to schedule all of our dogs.
