In the shelter’s words
Meet Twix! The chatty little sweetheart of the Candy Crew, Twix is full of quirky charm and irresistible cuteness! With his big, expressive eyes and endearing little chirps, he’ll slink around your legs and gently beg for your love and attention.Twix has really blossomed—once a shy mama’s boy, he’s now much braver and enjoys exploring, playing, and of course curling up for cozy snuggles. He’s still got a sensitive side, so a quieter home where he can be the center of attention would be purrfect for him.Twix would likely do best as the only cat, where he can soak up all the love (and snacks!) for himself.Ready to fall in love? Twix is waiting to chirp his way into your heart and home!

Plan a visit with the source organization
Want to find a special someone to join your family? You've come to the right place. Adopt locally with us for the benefit of our community. All you need to do is fill out an adoption form and we will find a purrfect match for your family. All of our rescues are: examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated up to date, all cats are FIV/FELV tested, dogs are Heartworm tested if age appropriate, dewormed, spayed/neutered when age appropriate and treated with flea/tick product, if needed. They also are all microchipped when they are spayed/neutered. Once an application is completed & approved to move forward - we would set up a time for you to come and meet them in their foster home where they are comfortable. If everyone feels it is a good match for everyone, we would then schedule a home visit (required) prior to adoption. We also require a non refundable deposit of $50 per pet prior to a home visit. (To be applied toward adoption donation.) Adoption Fees* (Cats): $135 for a cat/kitten Adoption Fees* (Dogs): $500 for a puppy (under 1 year of age) $400 for an adult dog *There may be a special rate for adopting a bonded pair! Ask us for details!
