In the shelter’s words

COURTESY POST Adoption Donation: $550 Location: MS (Transportation to the Northeast included in adoption donation.) Age: Approx 5 mos. old (as of 10/3/26) Weight: Approx 47 lbs. Hi there! My name is Zeke, and I am a 5-month-old Golden Retriever mix with a heart full of joy and a wagging tail that never stops! My foster family says I am the ultimate happy-go-lucky boy. I am incredibly easygoing, which means I love to go with the flow, whether we are exploring the world or hanging out at home. I am a super smart puppy. I am very eager to please and absolutely love making you proud, especially when you tell me what a good boy I am! I learn new things super fast, which makes training a blast. Right now, I am working really hard on my potty training, and I am getting better every single day. When it comes to playtime, I am an expert! My absolute favorite things to do are chasing balls and sticks, playing with my canine friends, and I like to watch the birds fly around in my yard. I get along great with other dogs and kids, making me a perfect candidate for a fun, active family. I haven't met any cats yet, so that would be a new adventure for us to navigate together. After a busy day of playing and learning, there is nothing I love more than a good cuddle session. I will happily curl up right next to you to show you how affectionate I am. I am already neutered and fully up to date on all of my vaccines, so I am completely ready to find my forever family. Could that be you?
