In the shelter’s words

UPDATE!!✨ THE LAST ONE LEFT OF HER LITTER—and this sweet girl is still waiting for her forever family! Meet Stellie! This beautiful girl and her siblings were rescued from a not-so-good situation. Her siblings have all found their homes, and now it’s Stellie’s turn! We can’t believe this sweet, outgoing girl is the last one still waiting. Stellie is a gorgeous Great Pyrenees mix, approximately 5–6 months old and 30-ish lbs. She was the only girl and the middle child of her litter. She has a slimmer build than her brothers, medium-length hair, and the sweetest personality. She’s also the most outgoing of the bunch! Stellie is expected to be a large-sized adult, so her forever family should be prepared for plenty of dog to love! She’s pretty mellow for her age, incredibly smart, and eager to learn. She picked up on using the doggy door on her very first day! Of course, she’s still a puppy and will need continued training, patience, and consistency as she grows. Stellie is great with dogs of all sizes and cats and has also been exposed to livestock. She’s sweet, social, smart, and ready to find a family who will give her all the love and time she deserves. She is UTD on age-appropriate vaccines, dewormed, and altered. ❤️ ✨ Stellie watched all of her siblings find their families, and now we want nothing more than to see this beautiful girl get her turn! Get your application in and help us find Stellie the forever home she deserves! Our adoptions are NOT first come, first served, and there is no fee to apply! We never state that any animal is fully house-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, etc. can lead to accidents—even with the most well-trained animals. DOG ADOPTION FEE: $195 The adoption fee includes a vet check, age-appropriate vaccines (at least 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm testing if over 6 months, rabies vaccine if at least 16 weeks old, and spay/neuter. Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue, so please allow us time to respond to inquiries and applications. We appreciate your patience and support! ❤️ READY TO GIVE STELLIE HER FOREVER HOME?
