In the shelter’s words
Franklin was found in the rain on the walking trail Sand Plum in Weatherford. He was so tiny but had a pretty loud voice and attracted attention. He is a totally loving sweet boy. He remains in foster care looking for a forever home. Franklin will do well in a single pet home or as a part of a multi pet one. He is a chatter box.Adoption Fee $50
