In the shelter’s words
Meet Shana! Shana is a sweet, curious girl with a heart full of potential just waiting to bloom! She came from a hoarding case, so she's still learning to trust the world around her, but she’s making amazing strides every day. A little shy at first, she really thrives when she has a trusted canine buddy to show her the ropes—she's like a sponge, soaking up all the good habits from her doggy friends! Shana likes to stick close to the humans she knows, but don’t worry—she’s not overbearing! She’s a quiet, affectionate girl who just wants to be near her people and share some cozy moments. She’s also totally chill with cats, though she might get a little curious if one happens to be near something she’s eyeing! When it comes to kids, she’s all about being gentle, so she’d fit in great in a family environment. Shana’s got a few quirks, but she’s a total gem who just needs someone patient to help her continue blossoming. If you’re ready to be the person who helps Shana become the confident, loving companion she was always meant to be, she’s waiting for you!
