In the shelter’s words
Bandit is a handsome gray and white tabby gentleman born on 1/15/2021, wth striking green eyes, snowy white paws, a large white bib, and a white tummy that makes him as beautiful as he is sweet. His calm, gentle nature makes him the kind of companion that brings peace to a home. Bandit adores being petted especially under his chin, and rewards gentle affection with quiet contentment. One of his most enduring qualities is the loving way he cares for kittens—he happily spends time grooming them, watching over them, and is truly the perfect babysitter. Bandit also enjoys chasing that little red dot from the laser for a bit! Although he can be a slightly shy when meeting new people, patience, kindness, and a few treats or serving of wet food quickly help him feel safe and begin to trust. Once he knows you are a friend, his affectionate and devoted personality shines through. Bandit is FIV positive, but that just means he deserves a little extra care and an indoor life. Cats with FIV can live many healthy years and FIV cannot be passed on to humans. Bandit is looking for an indoor loving home with a comfy bed to curl up in. He would thrive in a calm, loving home where he can blossom at his own pace and be appreciated for the gentle soul he is. If you are looking for a quiet, loyal companion with a heart of gold, Bandit may be your purrfect choice! ****************************************This pet comes with an implanted 24 PetWatch microchip and free registration into the 24PetWatch pet recovery service. Our adoption process starts with an interview. We want to know what type of cat or dog they are looking for, their lifestyle, and their expectations. Then we set up a meet and greet either at the shelter, a pet store, or at their home. Then they fill out an adoption contract. We offer and encourage potential adopters to take the dog or cat home on foster-to-adopt for a few weeks before finalizing the adoption. Our adoption fee is $65 for cats and $125 for dogs which included spay or neuter and vaccinations and for dogs, it includes a microchip. Cats can be microchipped upon request.
