In the shelter’s words
Paquita was an owner surrender in August 2025. She had tons of bladder stones and her bladder had herniated through her abdominal wall! It was all surgically corrected and she has been doing great since. Paquita enjoys getting petted and has even been to a trunk-or-treat event. She has been around large dogs and done well. She is not great with the litterbox - she goes where she wants so a washable pee pad in her living space is an easy way to manage that. She just turned 6 years old. Spay/neuter: 9/12/22 (under original owner) Fecal test: neg 8/18/25 Last weight: 7lbs Medgene RHDV2 most recent vaccine: 8/1/25 &9/23/25 This pet is fostered in Baton Rouge, LA. For more information on rabbit care along with our housing/care/bunny proofing recommendations visit our website at MagicHappensRescue.com/WelcomeToRabbits All MHRR rabbits are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and fecal tested/treated for parasites. Adoption fees are $100 for single bunnies or $150 for already-paired rabbits, which includes spay/neuter, microchip & registration, vaccines & fecal-testing/deworming. **BECAUSE PAQUITA IS A SENIOR STAR, THE ADOPTION FEE IS REDUCED TO $75** Adoption information and application - magichappensrescue.com/adoptinfo
