In the shelter’s words
Meet Odessa! Odessa is a beautiful girl mix with a gentle heart and a wonderfully easygoing personality. After being found as a stray in rural Southern Virginia, Odessa is now ready to leave her past behind and find the loving forever home she deserves. This sweet girl gets along with everyone she meets! She absolutely loves other dogs and is also great with cats, making her a wonderful addition to a variety of families. Odessa is a pleasure to walk on leash and enjoys taking her time to explore the world around her.One of Odessa’s favorite pastimes is something simple and adorable—rolling around in the grass! She’s a girl who knows how to appreciate the little things in life.At 49 pounds, Odessa is the perfect size for someone looking for a loving companion with a calm, friendly nature. She is afraid of thunderstorms, so she’ll appreciate a patient family who can provide extra comfort and reassurance when storms roll in.Odessa has so much love left to give. If you’re looking for a sweet, social, easygoing companion who would happily spend her days by your side, Odessa could be your perfect match. ❤️
