In the shelter’s words
Pip & Sprocket – Two Easygoing Brothers, Twice the Love! Meet Pip and Sprocket, two adorable orange brothers who might just be the easiest kittens you'll ever meet! Rescued in Galt, CA, and now enjoying life in their San Francisco foster home, these sweet boys are as mellow, gentle, and lovable as they come. While most kittens are busy causing chaos, Pip and Sprocket prefer a more laid-back approach to life. They're playful and curious, but without all the kitten craziness! They settled into their foster home within just a couple of hours, making themselves right at home. And when it's time to wind down, their purr motors kick into high gear! Meet Pip – The Curious Explorer! Pip is the adventurer of the duo! He loves investigating everything around him and isn't afraid to jump up and see what you're doing. Whether you're working on something interesting or just going about your day, Pip wants to be part of the action. He's a curious little guy with a sweet, easygoing personality. Meet Sprocket – The Snuggle Expert! Sprocket takes relaxation to the next level! Even more laid-back than his brother, this sweet boy loves a good snuggle, whether it's curled up with his favorite human or cuddled next to Pip. He's gentle, affectionate, and always happy to settle in for some quality cuddle time. Together, Pip and Sprocket are an irresistible pair. They love each other's company and bring just the right mix of curiosity, affection, and kitten fun. They also have experience with cat-friendly dogs, thanks to their rescuer, who had dogs of her own. Their foster describes them as the easiest kittens ever, and it's not hard to see why! These bonded brothers are looking for a forever home together where they can continue exploring, snuggling, and filling their humans' lives with love and purrs. Whoever adopts these two is in for a real treat! Follow their adventures in foster care on Instagram @blocky_buds. Plan a visit with the source organization
All of our adopters are required to fill out an online application. Once we review the application, we contact the applicant to do a phone interview, and a zoom call to meet and learn more about the cat with the foster parent to determine if it's a good fit for everyone. Then the potential adopter can meet the cat in person and take them home if approved through this process. We have them sign an adoption agreement and pay $150 adoption fee.
