Doc and his brother Danny are 3-month-old kittens. They are bonded and we will only adopt them out as a pair. Both brothers are so similar in personality that it's hard to discern much difference. They are the friendliest little guys. Every time their foster mom sits down in their room they run to her, jump into her lap and love to be cuddled and petted. They purr loudly and stay right there until she moves away. Danny and Doc are together most of the time and love playing with their toys. These boys are meant to be together for life. These kittens are currently in a foster home. You can visit them after submitting an application. All of our cats and kittens are up to date on their vaccinations. All adult cats, and kittens that are old enough are spayed or neutered. The adoption fees are as follows: Kittens under 5 months - $125.00 Senior cat (6+ years old) - $47.50 Senior cat to senior citizen (60+ years old) - $40.00 All others - $95.00 If there is a cat or kitten that you would like to meet and potentially adopt, please come meet them at the shelter or contact us. Kingdom Animal Shelter is not a "same day" adoption shelter. To adopt from Kingdom Animal Shelter: Complete an adoption application and authorization for release of information form and bring them to the Shelter during adoption hours or email them to adoptions@kingdomanimalshelter.com or mail them in to P.O. Box 462, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819. The application and release of information forms are available on our website or you can pick them up from the shelter during adoption hours. An adoption counselor will review your application, contact 1-2 personal references and contact your veterinarian for a reference. Additionally, if you are a renter, we will contact your landlord for permission to have an animal in the household. Please allow at least 3 business days for the process to be completed. After the review is complete, the adoption counselor will contact you, generally by email or by phone and you will be notified if your application is approved or declined. If the application is approved, you will work with the adoption counselor to work out a mutually agreed upon time and date for you to take your cat home. If there is a cat or kitten that you would like to meet and potentially adopt, please come meet them at the shelter, contact us, and/or fill out the 2 forms above and mail or email them to us.
