At 14 years young, Queenie never imagined she’d be looking for a new home. After spending 12 wonderful years with her beloved owner, she found herself back at Sammy’s Hope when her owner passed away. Now, this sweet senior girl is hoping someone will open their heart and home to her once again.Queenie is the definition of a warm and loving companion. She's laid-back, friendly, and happiest just being part of a home where she can feel safe, loved, and cherished. Cat-friendly? Queenie enjoys the company of another feline friend, but she'd also be perfectly content as your one and only!Her dream home? A cozy spot to nap, a loving human to keep her company, and a place where she can finally settle in and enjoy her golden years. Her current foster home is only temporary, and one of the resident cats isn't quite ready to share the space. Queenie deserves a home where she can relax and truly live her best life!Queenie has already known the love of a home. Adopters can meet our animals 7 days per week at our Sayreville, NJ facility. All adopters are asked to fill out an adoption application survey to find their perfect match. Surveys can be filled out in person at the shelter, or through our online form. All pets are spayed/neutered and receive age-appropriate vaccinations before going home. Adoption fees are $125 for cats and $250 for dogs. Adopters are asked to fill out an adoption contract upon taking their pet home.
