In the shelter’s words

Meet Marshmallow — a sweet little soul looking for her forever home. Her shelter name is Foil, but we have been calling her Marshmallow, and it suits her perfectly. She is a soft gray-and-white kitten with long, elegant legs and an even softer heart. Marshmallow was rescued at just a few days old and bottle-fed until she was six weeks old. Today she is playful, curious, and incredibly cuddly. She loves ribbons and balls, exploring her world at her own pace, and settling in for quiet snuggles. She also adores having her own cozy hideaways, especially her covered cat beds, where she feels safe and snug. Marshmallow has cerebellar hypoplasia, which means she wobbles when she walks. She is smart, alert, and litter-trained. With a calm routine and gentle support, she truly thrives. She will live a typical cat life with a little extra tender loving care here and there. She would love a home with another cat with cerebellar hypoplasia, and a loving family who understands her needs and sees just how special she is. Marshmallow is ready to bring quiet joy, sweetness, and so much love to the right home. Could that home be yours? About cerebellar hypoplasia: Cerebellar hypoplasia is a neurological condition that affects balance and coordination. It is not painful, contagious, or progressive, and cats with cerebellar hypoplasia can live long, happy lives. They simply have a wobbly, unsteady gait — and they adapt remarkably well.
