In the shelter’s words
Meet Blanco! Blanco is an adorable Poodle mix boy, around 1 year old and about 12 lbs. He is a hoot! Blanco is a friendly boy, he likes kids and he likes other dogs. He is a happy and social fella. he is no couch potato and is a very active and bouncy boy. He can play all day and then some. He is not suitable for someone with older dogs or someone who is not physically active. Blanco needs a yard to play in and plenty of walks and adventures. We have not seen him with cats. Blanco is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. His adoption fee is $450

Plan a visit with the source organization
We pull dogs from kill shelters and place them with fosters or trial adopters. All adoptions have 2 week trial. Adoption donation is made after trial period and certificate of ownership is issued. We also bring animals from owner surrenders into our organization so that they never enter the shelter system. We check references for all applicants and complete home checks. A great deal of our dogs are transported from CA to Seattle once we have found a foster or trial for them.
