In the shelter’s words

Almya is living proof that you can have the best of both worlds: she's friendly enough to make you smile the moment you meet her, but independent enough that she won't insist on supervising your every move. Think of her as the perfect roommate—happy to hang out, but she also respects your personal space. At just 1 year old, this playful Pittie mix is all about fun. Toss her a ball, hand her a toy, or scatter a few treats in the grass, and she's convinced you've planned the greatest party ever. She's especially talented at sniffing out hidden goodies, turning every treat hunt into a championship-level scavenger hunt.Speaking of treats...Almya is highly food motivated and accepts them with the manners of a true lady. She's gentle, polite, and always ready to earn the next snack (or convince you she definitely deserves one anyway). Whether you're looking for a walking buddy, a backyard playmate, or simply a cheerful companion who knows how to entertain herself between cuddle breaks, Almya is ready to bring fun, smiles, and just the right amount of goofy energy into your life.If your home is missing a sweet, playful treasure hunter with a nose for treats and a heart of gold, Almya is ready to report for duty!
