In the shelter’s words
Meet Monty Monty is a handsome black-and-white tuxedo with lots of energy, lots of love, and a whole lot of personality. He’s still a kitten, and he’s ready to fill a home with playfulness, affection, and companionship.Monty is the kind of kitten who wants to be part of your life. He loves people and enjoys interacting with his family. He’ll keep you entertained with his playful antics, then happily settle in for affection and cuddles. He brings that wonderful combination of kitten fun and genuine companionship that makes coming home feel even better.Monty also loves other cats and kittens and makes a wonderful feline companion. He would be happiest in a home where he has another friendly cat to play with and grow up alongside. What does Monty offer his family? Joy, laughter, affection, companionship, and the unmistakable happiness that comes from being loved by a cat who wants to be involved in your world. He’s not looking for a home where he simply has a food bowl and a place to sleep. He wants people to love, cats to play with, and a family to call his own.Monty has so much love to give. He just needs someone to give him the chance to share it. WE DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION AS WE ARE A FOSTER-BASED ORGANIZATION. Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here: https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or
