In the shelter’s words
Meet Lolo the Lover! Lolo is the ultimate charmer! This handsome boy never misses an opportunity to prance, purr, and show off that gorgeous face. And judging by his confidence, Lolo knows exactly how handsome he is! This lovable boy has the whole package: looks, personality, and grace. He is gentle, affectionate, and has an impressive purr that can be heard from across the room. Give him some attention and he will happily settle in and enjoy being admired. Lolo also loves his toys and is always ready for a little playtime between cuddle sessions. He is currently looking for a forever home where he will be loved, cherished, and given all the attention this handsome charmer deserves. If a gentle, affectionate cat with a big purr and an even bigger personality sounds like the perfect companion, Lolo is ready to steal a heart! To learn more or apply to adopt Lolo, please email nycatcoaladopt@yahoo.com or call Joan at (718) 671-1695. An online adoption form is also available - click here to apply.

Plan a visit with the source organization
We wish to place cats only in secure, safe, stable, loving homes, and we are very careful in our review of the applications. Potential Pet-parents fill out an Adoption Application, we review the application, call the applicant, schedule a time for them to visit our cats. We check their references, call their veterinarian, and verify that their backup person who would take the cats if something happened to the adopter is on board. Then a Foster Agreement is completed. When all parties are happy, after about 2 weeks, we have the finalized Adoption Agreement sent to us.
