In the shelter’s words

10/31/26 These sweet little piggies are Peaches and Lilly! These ladies are a bonded pair and are required to go to a home together. They are comfortable with being handled, but might need an adjustment period in a new home. If you are not familiar with guinea pig care, please research their husbandry prior to adopting. Guinea pigs require plenty of space to roam around, a daily source of vitamin c, and free access to hay and appropriate chews. Chews are important for their dental health, while hay and space to roam are vital to their digestive health. Guinea pigs are also like humans and need an outside source of vitamin c. This can easily be obtained with daily veggies (parsley, kale, peppers) or a vitamin c supplement. If you are interested in meeting Peaches and Lilly, please give the shelter a call!
