In the shelter’s words
Meet Marinara, a sweet and gentle girl who is ready for her forever home. Marinara is quite the peaceful girl and is ready to bring her zen energy to her forever family. On occasion, Marinara appreciates gentle pets from her humans. One of her adorable quirks would be the way she puts both of her paws on the edge of the water bowl while drinking. Who knew drinking water could be so cute!If Marinara had a job, she would be a professional climber. Her climbing skills are very impressive, making her a great explorer of vertical spaces. She has a remarkable talent for finding the coziest elevated spots to take her quiet naps. When it comes to playtime, Marinara enjoys chasing little felt mice and exploring crinkly toys. Although she may not be the most energetic cat, she appreciates gentle interactions and pets. After play and nap time, Marinara’s favorite way to spend time is cuddling and grooming her brother, Mustard. Marinara and Mustard have a very special bond, and they must be adopted together. They both would thrive in a calm household without children. If you are ready to open your heart to a delightful duo, come meet Mustard and Marinara. They are a special duo who will bring endless joy and love into their future family's life.WE DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION AS WE ARE A FOSTER-BASED ORGANIZATION. Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here: https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or
