In the shelter’s words
Foster location: Rocky Mount, NC Weight: 11 lbs Height: 9 in at the shoulder Spayed/Neutered: Yes Adoption Fee: $425 Fence needed? No Want To Know More About Me? Text Charlie Brown to 864‑441‑9075 for my full story and photos — we’ll send everything you need to know! If you want to skip straight to the application: www.carolinapoodlerescue.org/application/ Here’s Your Quick Peek: Charlie Brown is a low‑energy, independent little terrier with a big personality. He’s friendly with people, enjoys following his humans around, and loves affection — but he also likes things on his own terms. This senior gentleman has a touch of “spice” and a lot of charm, making him the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a dog with character. Must have: A calm, patient home that respects his boundaries and provides gentle guidance. Exercise: Light — short walks and indoor playtime. Best with: Adults or families who enjoy quiet companionship. Not ideal for: Homes with young children or multiple pets. Energy level: Low — relaxed and easygoing. Charlie is still working on leash manners and house training and will need patience with handling and grooming. He has no known medical needs, special diet, or allergies. Good with dogs: Yes, but prefers to be the only dog. Good with cats: Unknown. Good with kids: Best suited for adult homes. Fun fact: Charlie’s caregivers call him a “spicy little man” — he loves affection but insists on being the boss now and then!
