Bernie is a 3.5-month-old tenderhearted soul who snores like a tiny freight train.This little guy started out as a hesitant resident! Cautious but curious, he’d hang back and let his siblings explore before making his way into the fray when he felt safe and comfortable. He has since outgrown his trepidation and is now as wily and rambunctious as the rest of the crew.Bernie has serious FOMO and wants to join the fun when he's sure it's safe. When he’s not busy wrestling or chasing a toy, he certainly has a lot to say. And when he opens his mouth to tell you something, his surprisingly old-man meow makes it sound as though he's about to complain about the price of pudding.Bernie currently lives with his two adult foster humans and his siblings (Anita, Gertrude, Milton, Stanley, and Stewart), who give him familiar companionship and opportunities to play and build confidence.Pet Haven requires that Bernie go home with one of his adorable siblings, or into a home with a friendly, active young cat who can be his playmate. A patient, caring home, that lets him settle in gradually, and warm up at his own pace, will help him feel secure and blossom into an incredible companion. Bernie may need a little time in the beginning, but his soft heart and unmistakable voice make him a very special little guy who will quickly become a fan favorite!-----There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimates.Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
