In the shelter’s words
Lincoln is a sweet and gentle 44 lb male Pitbull Terrier who is making his way from Kentucky to New Jersey on October 25. Once he arrives, this wonderful boy will be ready to find the loving home he deserves. With soulful brown eyes and a pink-tinted muzzle, Lincoln loves people and is good with other dogs. He has a kind, affectionate personality and enjoys being around his humans. He is the type of dog who wants to be part of a family, share his love, and settle into a home where he can feel safe, valued, and cherished. Pitbull Terriers are often wonderful family companions. They are known for being affectionate, loyal, intelligent, playful, and very people oriented. They enjoy being close to their families and can form incredibly strong bonds with the people they trust, making them devoted and loving companions. Lincoln will thrive with a family that is committed to giving him patience, guidance, exercise, companionship, and the opportunity to become the best version of himself. Could Lincoln be the missing piece of your family? Please consider giving this sweet boy the loving home he has been waiting for. To meet Lincoln, submit your application at www.peace4paws.org/adoption-application (use laptop or computer). Not able to adopt right now? You can still make a difference in Lincoln's life! Consider fostering or donating toward his care while he waits for her forever family. And please share his story — sometimes all it takes is one share to change a dog's life!
