In the shelter’s words

Flick is a happy, adventurous Doxie mix whose little tail nub seems to have a mind of its own! Once this sweet boy knows you’re his friend, his whole face lights up—and you get to see the affectionate, playful, loyal pup underneath. Flick has a wonderful zest for life. He loves to play, soak up attention from his favorite people, and head out on adventures. Whether you’re exploring a new trail, going for a walk, or just spending time together, Flick is happiest when he’s included in the fun. Quick Facts Doxie mix ❤️ Loving, loyal, playful, and full of personality Loves cuddles and attention from his favorite people An adventurous boy who would love an active family Does well with dogs his size or larger with a similar play style Loves a good romp with canine friends Would do best without small or very shy dogs, as his enthusiastic play style can be a little much for them Can be apprehensive around men initially but warms up with patience and positive introductions Looking for a family who will give him consistency, love, and plenty of opportunities to have fun Located in Southern California There is something pretty special about watching Flick realize he’s safe, loved, and surrounded by friends. That little tail nub starts going, his eyes light up, and you can see just how happy this boy is to be here. Flick is ready for a family of his own and a lifetime of adventures with the people he loves. Could his next adventure be with you?
