In the shelter’s words

Meet Fudgie: Your Future Best Friend (and Tug-of-War Champion!) Looking for a dog who is equal parts athletic adventurer, total goofball, and professional snuggler? Meet Fudgie, a stunning 3-year-old female Rottweiler who is ready to find her forever family! Fudgie is a vibrant, happy girl with the most expressive, soulful brown eyes you’ve ever seen. One look at her big, goofy, tongue-out smile and you'll see exactly how much joy she has to give. Why You'll Fall in Love with Fudgie: The Ultimate Play Partner: When it’s game time, Fudgie is all in. She has a passion for toys, loves playing ball, and takes her title as a tug-of-war enthusiast very seriously. If you're looking for a fun, active companion for outdoor adventures and backyard playtime, she is your girl! A Certified Silly Side: Fudgie doesn't just play; she plays with pure, unbridled enthusiasm. She has a wonderful, goofy personality that will keep you laughing every single day. The Sweetest Snuggler: Don't let her active drive fool you—once the toys are put away, Fudgie’s favorite activity is crashing on the couch next to you. She is incredibly affectionate and loves nothing more than curling up for a good cuddling session. Social & Friendly: Fudgie is a social butterfly! She is friendly with new people and gets along great with other dogs. The Fine Print (Her Stats & Manners): Fudgie has already mastered the basics and is ready to transition into a new home routine: Age: 3 years old House Manners: Both housebroken and crate trained! Health: Fully spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all of her vaccines. A Note on Her Health: Fudgie is currently heartworm positive and has already started on the "slow kill" treatment method. Please don't let this deter you! The medication is very inexpensive, incredibly easy to give at home, and the rescue will be happy to walk you through her simple care routine. Fudgie is the perfect mix of loyalty, fun, and sweetness. She is ready to fill her future home with love, laughter, and lots of toy-tossing.
