In the shelter’s words
Aida is a 7-year-old sweetheart who spent her entire life in a loving, peaceful home until she suddenly lost her person and her life turned to chaos. She is incredibly affectionate and gentle, but also shy and sensitive to change. A calm, predictable environment is what she knows best, and that’s where she will truly thrive. Aida is looking for a quiet home with a steady daily routine and very few stressors. She cannot live with young children or with other pets — cats or dogs. Once she feels safe, Aida’s loving personality shines through. One of her cutest habits is gently tapping your shoulder when you stop petting her and she wants more attention. She looks and behaves younger than her age and still has a playful side. She loves plush furry mouse toys, enjoys wand toys, and can often be found cozied up under a blanket draped over a sofa or accent chair. Aida has already been through a major loss and needs someone patient, kind, and understanding — someone willing to give her the quiet loving home she deserves.
