In the shelter’s words
Meet Piper!Piper is a sweet, well-mannered mixed-breed girl with a playful personality and lots of love to give! One of her favorite activities is playing fetch, and she would happily spend time chasing a ball with her favorite people.Piper is friendly with people of all ages and enjoys the company of other dogs. She loves to play and have fun with her canine friends, although she prefers to keep her favorite toys to herself sometimes. Because of this, she would do best with a family who can help manage toys during playtime with other dogs.Piper is not a fan of cats, so a cat-free home would be best for her.If you're looking for a fun-loving, well-mannered companion who enjoys playtime, people, and making memories, Piper might just be your perfect match! Come meet this wonderful girl and see if she's the missing piece of your family. ❤️What her adoption fee covers:✅ Spay✅ Vaccines✅ Microchip✅ Treated for fleas and worms Interested in meeting Piper? Please email: adoption@columbiahumane.org for an application.Adoption Fee: $350For more information call 503-397-4353 or email adoption@columbiahumane.org

Potential adopters must fill out an adoption application. Applications are reviewed and the potential adopter is notified of the status of their app within 24-48 hours. Upon approval, adopter must make arrangements for pick-up of the dog/cat within 24 hours. Every adoption starts with a "7-day home visit". This is a trial period in which the adopter will take the dog/cat home for 7 days to make sure they are a good fit within the home/family.
