In the shelter’s words
Rowdy Penny is a tiny firecracker wrapped in a swirl of caramel, chocolate, and midnight black. With her bold tortoiseshell pattern and even bolder personality, she’s the kind of kitten who makes you smile before she even reaches you. She’s playful, clever, and full of adorable mischief — the kind of girl who pounces with enthusiasm, chirps when she has something important to say, and struts around like she owns the whole house (and honestly, she kind of does). But when the zoomies settle, Rowdy Penny becomes a total cuddlebug. She melts into your arms, purring like a little engine, happy to soak up every bit of affection.A perfect mix of sass and sweetness, Rowdy Penny is ready to bring her tortie sparkle to a forever home that appreciates her big personality and even bigger heart.
