Dottie is the sweetest. She'll curl up in any box you give her, play with all the toys that you give her, and snuggle her little head against you. She is usually shy at first with new people, but then her curiosity gets the best of her and she checks out what's new. She is affectionate at times and likes having her space, though she also wants to be in the same room with you no matter where you are. At night she loves to sleep near her person. Dottie has had limited exposure to kids and dogs - she would likely be fine with children but would prefer a home without dogs. She adores her sister Olive. They frequently snooze and snuggle together, and would love to be adopted together. We estimate her date of birth was April 25, 2025. Potential adopters pick out a cat or kitten and fill out an application. There will be a short interview with one of our volunteers. Adoptions do not happen same day. We will arrange a time to visit your home and the foster parents and a volunteer will meet there. Our adoption fee structure is: Cats and kittens (under 8 years): $100 Cats (over 8 years): $75 Two cats adopted together: Full amount of the higher fee, half the amount of the lower or same fee. For example: a kitten and a cat (under 8) would be $100.00 + 50.00 = $150.00 We require that all cats be kept indoor only. We have an adoption contract.
