In the shelter’s words
Sugar and Spice are a bonded pair of orange girls! What a unique duo they are! These girls are petite and looking for a special forever home. Sugar has the sweetest purr and loves to play with spring toys and interactive toys. Spice loves to sleep on the bed curled up in a warm spot and loves to play with and chase her sister. Two cats will give you a life full of entertainment! These girls love to keep four paws on the ground when around people and will admire from afar. Patience is a virtue with Sugar and Spice. They will be happiest in a quiet home, spending quality time with each other and seeking love and affection on their terms. If you have the right home for these cute girls, please reach out to us for an application! e-mail us at animalrescuecarolina@yahoo.com with any questions or to request an application.

Plan a visit with the source organization
We have an application that must be filled out including a vet reference and non-relative references. A 24 hour hold on the application allows the ARC volunteer to call references and follow up with any questions for the potential adopter. A home visit may be scheduled at this point. If the person is approved, they must sign a contract. An adoption fee is required, however this may be waived in special circumstances. If for any reason in the future they can no longer take care of the pet, the animal must be returned to ARC.
Confirm availability, fees and the meeting address before traveling.
