In the shelter’s words
( Pet Supplies Plus in Round Rock TX) Vanessa – A Survivor with a Heart of GoldMeet Vanessa, a breathtaking fluffy Snowshoe Ragdoll mix whose beauty is matched only by her strength. Before coming into rescue, Vanessa was abandoned and left to fend for herself while pregnant. Despite her circumstances, she did what all great moms do—she protected and cared for her babies, and even helped care for other kittens in need along the way.Vanessa is a smart, capable girl with a confident streak. She’s an excellent little hunter who can spot a fly from across the room and is lightning-fast when it comes to chasing down bugs. She likes to know what’s happening around her and isn’t afraid to take charge when she feels it’s necessary.Because life taught her to be cautious, Vanessa takes her time deciding who she can trust. She isn’t the type to fall into your lap on day one, but for the person willing to earn her confidence, the reward is a truly special bond. Once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate side begins to shine, and she enjoys cuddles on her own terms.Vanessa would thrive in a patient home that understands that some of the best cats are the ones who make you earn their trust. Watching her blossom from a cautious survivor into a loving companion is a journey worth taking.Vanessa’s Highlights:* Stunning fluffy Snowshoe Ragdoll mix* Devoted mama who raised her own kittens and helped care for others* Smart, observant, and confident* Expert bug and fly catcher* Can be very affectionate once she trusts you* Looking for a patient adopter who will let her settle in at her own paceVanessa has already survived more than most cats ever should. Now she’s ready for the one thing she has always deserved—a safe home, a full belly, and someone she can finally call her own. ❤️Thank you for considering adopting one of our kittens/cats.
