In the shelter’s words
Meet Leona! Leona is a 7 year old cattle dog/pitbull mix. Leona needs a home with no cats or small animals and no small children. She is still very much a puppy and loves to play. She loves people and loves to give kisses. She would do best in a fenced in yard. If you would like to make Leona a part of your family, fill out an application at www.barktownrescue.org LEONA'S ADOPTION FEE IS $170

First, we do ask that an application be filled out on the animal the person is interested in. Once approved, we can set up to meet the animal, which will already be vetted (spayed or neutered, vaccinated, heart worm tested, etc.). The fee for adoption starts at $125. There is a contract that also needs signed at the time of adoption.
