In the shelter’s words
**DAVI IS READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME — TAKE TWO!** ✨ **Beautiful boy, big feelings, and a heart that just needs a little understanding.** ✨Meet Davi, a stunning approximately 5-month-old boy with a gorgeous mix of Tabby, Tonkinese, and Havana Brown traits. Davi came from a TNR project north of Austin, and while he has already had a chance at adoption, we’ve learned that life in a busy home was simply too overwhelming for his sensitive little soul.Being a street kitten can leave a lasting impression. The world can feel like a big, unpredictable place, and Davi needs a home where he can finally exhale, feel safe, and learn that he doesn't have to be brave every minute of the day. ❤️ **Davi's dream home:** A quiet, predictable environment with a patient adopter. No small children or unpredictable people who may overwhelm him. Other friendly cats are a BIG plus! Davi loves feline companionship. Calm, respectful dogs are welcome. A safe hiding spot where he can retreat when the world feels like too much. Someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to let him blossom at his own pace. Davi isn't looking for a perfect home. He's looking for the *right* home.He needs someone who will celebrate the little victories, respect his boundaries, and understand that love doesn't always happen overnight. With patience, consistency, and a peaceful environment, Davi deserves the opportunity to build confidence and discover what it means to truly feel at home. His first adoption wasn't the right fit, but that doesn't mean he isn't deserving of a forever family. It just means we need to find the people who understand him. **Could you be Davi's happy ending?** A little reminder for potential adopters: Davi doesn't need to be rushed into being comfortable. He needs a person who will let him set the pace and give him the security to become the cat he's meant to be. His perfect match may be someone who understands that the quietest beginnings can lead to the most beautiful bonds. Thank you for considering adopting one of our kittens/cats.
