In the shelter’s words
Not Everyone Wants a Kitten. Some People Want a Queen. Meet Domino.Domino is past the climbing curtains stage, past the mischievous stage, and past the 3 a.m. zoomies stage. These days, she's much more interested in sunny windows, warm laps, and keeping her favorite people company. But Domino doesn't fall in love on the first date. She needs a little time.A couple of weeks to learn she's safe. A chance to settle in. An opportunity to build trust at her own pace. And then? Everything changes. The reserved cat who was carefully watching from across the room becomes the cat following you from room to room. The cat who wasn't sure about affection becomes the cat curling up beside you every chance she gets. The discerning queen becomes a cuddly marshmallow. Today, Domino loves her people deeply. She seeks out companionship, enjoys cuddles, and wants to be part of your day. The trick is simply giving her enough time to know she's safe so her true personality can shine. Domino is looking for a calm home with no other pets and no big chaos—just patient people who understand that trust is something precious.Because humans haven't always done right by Domino... and we want her next chapter to be different. If you believe second chances deserve happy endings, Domino is looking for her person. And her forever home.Could it be you?

the first step in our process is an application. The questions on the application are designed to determine if the pet would be a good fit in this home. We contact the applicants veterinarian to verify they have a good history of previous (or current) pet care. We meet the applicant at Petsmart or at their home to allow them to interact with the pet they are interested in adopting. If all goes well the adoption is finalized. We have an adoption contract, requiring regular vet care, indoor homes, return to us if it doesnt work out, etc. Our dog adoption fee is $175, cats range from $80 for older cats to $125 for kittens
