In the shelter’s words
ATTENTION: SOMEONE COME ADOPT THIS RIDICULOUSLY GOOD PUPPY. Looking for a new family member who won’t mess with your homeowners or renters insurance? MEET RIGGS! ❤️ Riggs is a 5-month-old Boxer mix who recently found himself back in foster care through absolutely no fault of his own. His adoptive home quickly realized their resident dog simply did not want a little brother. And honestly? Their loss may be your gain, because Riggs is kind of a rockstar. ⭐ His foster family reports: Very dog social and currently living in a multi-dog foster home Respectful of the other dogs and gives them their space ❤️ Loves to cuddle and give kisses Listens incredibly well for a puppy Comes running back when his foster whistles or calls him Sleeps through the night No accidents in the house ️ Happily goes into his crate to sleep or when his foster leaves and doesn’t make a peep Currently learning to use bells to ask to go outside Has been exposed to cats and livestock ✅ Fully vetted ✅ House and crate trained. Lives with kids! Basically, Riggs understood the assignment. He’s outgoing, affectionate, social, smart, and still has all the goofy sweetness you’d expect from a 5-month-old puppy. Now he just needs the one thing his foster home can’t give him: a forever family of his very own. Riggs is ready. Who’s stepping up? ‍♀️ Apply to adopt: 4theloveofdog.org
