In the shelter’s words
Echo is a gentle, affectionate 2‑year‑old black Turkish Angora mix with a silky coat and a fluffy plume tail that follows behind him like a little banner. He’s a sweet, people‑oriented cat who wants nothing more than to be close to his person. Echo is the kind of companion who quietly follows you from room to room. He seems to truly like togetherness and doesn’t enjoy being separated — he wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. He loves batting around his toys, especially his balls and his beloved banana, and he gets these adorable bursts of energy where he zooms around the room like a happy little comet. His playful “leg grab” is one of his signature moves — always gentle, always joyful, never aggressive. Echo is curious, observant, and a surprisingly good climber. He explores new spaces with confidence and likes to investigate whatever catches his interest. He also seems genuinely open to befriending other cats; his interactions suggest he could happily coexist with friendly, welcoming feline companions. Echo is ready for a loving home where he can stay close to his humans, enjoy regular enrichment, and share his loyal, affectionate nature every day.
