In the shelter’s words
Odin here! Iâm a 6-year-old neutered Labrador Retriever mix, and Iâm reporting for duty as your official head of hugs, belly-rub quality control, and couch comfort testing. Iâm friendly, affectionate, and a big fan of being petted, scratched, and showered with attention. Honestly, if you have two hands, I see no reason why both shouldnât be devoted to me!Iâm a smart guy, too! I know sit and shake, take treats gently, and walk great on a leash. Iâm also very treat motivated, so we should have no trouble negotiating the terms of our relationship. Spoiler alert: the terms include snacks. I may already be house-trained! I take care of business as soon as I get out of my kennel, which is a pretty promising start. My ideal day would include a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood, quality time with my favorite human, and a soft couch where I can supervise all household activities. Iâve also shown friendly interest in other dogs through the fence, though a meet-and-greet is recommended to see if weâre a good match. Looking for a loyal companion who knows his manners and believes affection is a full-time job? Iâm Odin, and Iâm ready to bring the love, the laughs, and the very important couch-snoozing skills to my forever home. Come meet me, and letâs start our happily-ever-after!
