In the shelter’s words
This beautiful kitten was surrendered with Clyde. We are not sure if they are littermates or just two of the many cats this person was trying to assist and find placement for. Rue is just a very gorgeous girl. She is a medium to long(ish) hair tabby with the softest eyes. Rue is still getting used to be cared for so is somewhat reserved at first but if you take it slow at first meet Rue warms up quickly. She loves to be pet and enjoys human attention. She may not be the first to approach you when you enter the room but once you spend time with her she may be the last to leave you. She is quiet and not demanding. Rue does like Clyde and we are going to assume by her demeanor that she will get along with other cats/kittens as well. Because of her age and need to build confidence we will require Rue to be adopted with another kitten similar in age, or for adopter to have a young similar aged kitten in their home who is looking for a new friend too. Complete our online adoption application a www.littleorphans.org to start the process of adding this or any of our kitties to your home. The more complete your application is, determines how quickly we are able to process your application. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip.
